Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked.

If anything we sell you doesn't help, email hello@thecrossedstreet.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to explain. You don't have to fill out a form. You don't have to send us proof of anything.

You also keep the PDF. We're not going to ask you to delete it. We trust you.

We'd rather refund you than have you feel ripped off. Reactive-dog people get fleeced enough by the rest of the industry. That ends here.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, the payment processor we use. Most refunds appear back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. If you don't see it after a week, email us and we'll chase it.
